A police memorial fountain, it has granite steps leading up the fountain which the water runs down into the pool below. The granite art piece sits in front of the police station to remind the officers of their fallen comrades. The fallen officers are etched into the fountain so they can be remembered. Plaques of the city police department anchor each side of the steps. It is a sand color granite with a darker brown ledge on top.
