Description
The Gardens were arranged in a circle and have 8 pie-shaped wedeges in which different varieties of roses are planted. It was a gazebo in the middle for comfort when viewing.

Remarks
Construction finished around 1926 and was headed by Charles Adams. It was a huge tourist attraction back in the day, praised for its huge varieity of roses. Today, it is often used for Horticulture majors in education on Rose prunning and maintenance.
