Description: A large rock with an embedded plaque. The plaque states Matthew's full name and an engraved image of him, and an inscription, and the date the plaque was dedicated to him. To the right of the rock, an engraved, white, wooden cross with plastic flowers surrounding it and a pair of athletic shoes.
Inscriptions: Your path is ours to follow, "Matthew Brent Myers", "I have fought the good fight and continue to run the good race for I have yet to cross the finish line. Come with me now so we can continue on with the journey together for we have so much left to do.", "Dedicated in his memory October 14, 2006" (On plaque). "Love", "Matthew Myers", "1985-2005" (On wooden cross)
Dimensions: The whole memprial is approximatley 8 ft (width)X 3.5 ft (depth). The cross is approx. 4 ft high. The plaque is approx. 10 in X 7 in
Condition: Excellent, no damage.

Remarks: Memorial marker dedicated to Matthew Brent Myers who was attempting to cross Kellog Dr. when he was struck by a motorist on October 6, 2005. He died on October 8, 2005.
