[Progress Bulletin] Feb. 23, 1931 Pomona's Chamber of Commerce exhibit won first prize in first class of the non-mechanical division at the National Orange Show in San Bernardino. This ward carries with it a blue ribbon, a cup and $200 in cash. This was officially announced today in correction of a Saturday report from San Bernardino that Pomona had won seventh place in the mechanically operated exhibits.
