Capt. Garcia who sold 1,000 acres to Chaffer Bros where Etiwanda is ow in 1881 and 1882. Sold 6,126 acres to Chaffey Bros that came as far as freeway. Later, they purchased land thru Ontario at mouth of San Antonio Canyon. By S. Wheeler
