The tombstone is weathered but in fair condition. The front side of the tombstone has the symbol of Neighbors of Woodcraft (NOW). The symbol is surrounded by leafs on the side and the tombstone has decoration on the front sides. While the back of the tombstone has the letter "R" in Old English inside an almond shape circle. The letter "R" has leafs decorating it on both sides.

John B. Ray- Inside the symbol of Neighbors of Woodcraft (NOW) the words: "Dum Tacet Clamat", which means "Though Silent, he speaks." Here rests a woodman of the world. The last name RAY in capital letters on front of tombstone.
